Bedford Police Seek Two Suspects Involved in Burglary
BEDFORD, N.H. — Chief John Bryfonski reports that the Bedford Police Department is seeking the public’s help identifying a man and a woman allegedly involved in a burglary today.
At approximately 11:39 a.m. on Friday, July 15, Bedford Police responded to a residence on Meadow Road on a report of a burglary in process. According to police, a resident was home and heard the suspects break into the house. As the resident attempted to call police, the suspects fled the home, with jewelry and other stolen items.
The female suspect is described as wearing a hooded sweatshirt and the male suspect is described as having dark brown hair, wearing a printed t-shirt and a surgical mask. Both suspects are believed to be white. Police believe they possibly fled in a black sedan.
Bedford Police, along with Merrimack Police and New Hampshire State Police K-9 units conducted an extensive search of the area surrounding the home but were unable to locate the suspects. Police were on scene until approximately 4 p.m.
The Bedford Police Department is urging citizens to lock their doors and to report any suspicious activity, vehicles, or people in residential areas. If you see something, say something.
Anyone with information regarding this incident should immediately contact the Bedford Police Department at 603-472-5113.
