Bedford Police Arrest Man Wanted for Allegedly Recording Juvenile Girls in Store
BEDFORD, N.H. — Chief John Bryfonski reports that the Bedford Police Department arrested a man last night who allegedly recorded juvenile girls while they were in a store dressing room.
On Wednesday, June 22 at approximately 9:15 p.m., Bedford Police responded to the Target Store, 220 South River Road, for a report of a man recording juvenile females who were changing clothes in the dressing room.
Prior to police arrival, the suspect fled from the store and parking lot. A subsequent investigation by Bedford Police Department, along with the assistance of Target Loss Prevention Officers, identified ZACHERY BISHOP, AGE 22, OF RAYMOND as the suspect and issued a warrant for his arrest.
BISHOP was arrested after surrendering himself on the warrant last night and was subsequently charged with Violation of Privacy.
BISHOP was arraigned today in Merrimack District Court and is currently being held at the Hillsborough County Jail on $2,000 cash bail.
